EBS currently has two LEED Accredited Professionals on staff to follow and implement sustainability requirements for each project. EBS incorporates a LEEDS Material Reporting Form in all Subcontractor/Supplier Purchase Orders. This aids in enforcing compliance of credits by our subcontractors/suppliers and reaching the sustainability end goal.
The chart below describes EBS's experience with LEED projects. EBS was responsible for compliance with several MR and IEQ Credits. EBS met, if not exceeded, the requirements for recycled content, regional materials and construction waste management.
